In his book, The Founder's Dilemma, best-selling author and Harvard Business School professor Noam Wasserman claims that 65% of high-potential startups fail due to conflict among co-founders.

Many founders have tremendous ideas that absolutely should be in existence and thrive. Problem is many founders have never led teams of the size or scale needed to be successful. Throw in those "difficult" conversations that often need to happen in a start-up it's no surprise that 65% of startups fail for reasons associated to these.
